Noah is the co-founder of Chariot Impact, a non-profit consulting firm specializing in fundraising strategy.
Most recently Chief of Staff for the Blavin Family Office, Noah’s background includes serving as CEO of Statecraft Equity Partners, where he led an innovative investment fund focused on the political sector. Noah was previously Head of Partnerships for the Novogratz family office, where he created and orchestrated large-scale donor coalitions such as One for Justice and One for Democracy. As a fundraiser, he advanced over $400 million toward prominent organizations like the ACLU, the Salvation Army, Movement Voter Project, and the Open Society Foundations. He is an advisor to several family offices, artificial intelligence companies, and venture funds, with special expertise in search funds, private equity rollups, mental health, justice reform, and drug policy. An entrepreneur by nature, Noah previously founded and sold a national political fundraising firm. His public service extends to board roles with the Oakland Scottish Rite Historical Foundation, the LGBTQ+ Victory Fund Campaign Board, and the advisory board of Alianza Translatinx.
